Six Sentence Sunday 4/8/12

08 Apr

Welcome to Six Sentence Sunday!  Thank you for taking the time to visit.  I love reading comments, so please let me know what you think of my six.

This six is again from my newly released book with The Wild Rose Press SOME LIKE IT IN HANDCUFFS which is a light-hearted romantic suspense with some humor tossed in.  I don’t really feel this scene between Judson and Sunny needs a set up…I think you’ll agree 🙂

Judson’s laughter came from the gut. “Hell no, you’re way better looking.” His heated gaze moved across her face.

Sunny’s ears pounded as the blood rushed through her veins. She stared at Judson, clamped her lips closed, and picked up her pizza. She had no quick comeback, so she bit into the soft crust to hide her smile. Her stomach somersaulted and her legs did a silent happy dance beneath the table.

I hope you enjoyed these six.  For more great snippets please go to SIX SENTENCE SUNDAY.  Or join in the fun next week with six of your own.

Happy Reading!

Christine
