Welcome to Six Sentence Sunday! AND HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!! Thank you for taking the time to visit. I love reading comments, so please let me know what you think of my six.
This week my six is again from my debut release with The Wild Rose Press SOME LIKE IT IN HANDCUFFS. This is a fun, light-hearted romantic suspense with some humor thrown in. I’m winding down to my last few weeks of featuring this story because I have 2 more books coming out this summer and I’d like to switch things up to include some snippets from those.
Quick set up: Sunny is definitely a take-charge type gal. After Judson rescues her from a kidnapping attempt and brings her back to his place, their attraction toward each other can’t be stopped. After a rough and tumble in Judson’s apartment entry, they make it to the bedroom. Will they or won’t they?…
Judson moved toward the bed, a large cherry
wood four poster covered in a masculine brown and
burgundy striped comforter. He tossed the pillow
shams on the floor, and placed Sunny’s body onto the
bedding as if she’d break.
She supported herself on one elbow. His fingers
moved to his zipper, but Sunny held up her hand.
His jaw ticked when she sat up and brushed his
“I’ll handle this.”
I hope you enjoyed these six. For more great snippets please go to SIX SENTENCE SUNDAY. Or join in the fun next week with six of your own.
